#SIMPLE-#RENAL-#CYSTS
Renal cysts are common and have been identified in patients of all ages, But they are seen with increasing frequency with increased age.
#SONOGRAPHIC -#FINDINGS.
1-Cysts may be unilateral or bilateral and solitary or multiple.
2-The cyst will be anechoic, thin and hyperechogenic walled.
3-Cyst may be round or oval in shape.
4-Edge shadowing is frequently shown along the lateral margins of the cyst.
A renal cyst or mass can cause distortion of the perirenal fat outline or displace adjacent sructures.
